Refund requests
If you believe your purchase is eligible for a refund, contact support@iplaygps.com with your order ID, purchase email, and a short description of the issue.
Refund eligibility may depend on the plan, purchase channel, local consumer laws, and whether the product has been downloaded, activated, or substantially used.
Subscriptions and renewals
- Subscription terms and renewal details should be reviewed before purchase.
- Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or stated at checkout.
- Purchases made through third-party app stores or payment providers may be subject to that provider's refund process.
