What is iPLay GPS’s peace of mind policy?

To ensure your peace of mind, iPLay GPS stocks quality branded products and always tries to guarantee satisfaction with any purchase you make. We will refund or exchange most goods if returned within 14 days of purchase subject to our manufacturers return and refund policies.

How does the 14 day exchange or refund work?

All you need to do an exchange or get a refund, is the original iPLay GPS invoice. Return the goods to us and please ensure that they are in their original condition and packaging.

 

What happens if the product develops a fault after 14 days?

Should your product develop a fault after 14 days, but still within the manufacturer’s guarantee period, iPLay GPS will send the product to the manufacturer for repair. If the product becomes faulty once the manufacturer’s guarantee has expired, we will send it for repair at your cost after a quotation has been approved. Certain suppliers do charge a quotation rejection fee.

How long is the Guarantee on products purchased?

All merchandise purchased from iPLay GPS  Online, comes with a minimum manufacturer’s warrantee of 1 year.

Are there occurrences that are not covered by the guarantee?

Yes, there are some instances in which product guarantees will not apply. They are the following:

 

 

  • Damage caused by lightning or power surges

 

 

  • Damage caused by abuse to the product.

 

 

  • Products used for a purpose other than the purpose it was manufactured for.

 

 

  • Products not used as instructed in their manuals.

How will I be refunded:

Once we have accepted a return for refund, you will receive a refund in one of the following ways:

 

 

  • iPLay GPS credit note

 

 

  • An electronic transfer directly into your account

 

 

  • Cash – if the original payment was made in cash

 

 

  • Credit card – by reversal back to your credit card

 

 

  • Cheque – within one week of request and only once your original cheque is cleared
